Outreach Community CIC is dedicated to providing resources to young people aged 11+
from marginalised backgrounds specifically in East London.
Our ethos is encapsulated in three words:
SAFETY – Represents a foundational need for protection and security. When young people feel safe, this sets the foundation for them to be able to do great things.
STABILITY – Stability represents having a stable environment and the basics. We want to provide young people with a consistent and secure environment which allows them to focus on higher needs without fear of loss or instability.
SUCCESS – Ultimately, we want all young people to succeed in life, pursuing their goals and reaching self-actualisation.
We believe in nurturing the potential of every young person. Our programmes are thoughtfully designed with mentors, to create an inclusive environment where each individual can thrive. Our goal is to ensure young people for marginalised backgrounds feel valued and supported.
Our aim is to broaden the horizons for young people by connecting them with professionals in their desired fields. By transforming limited access to resources and opportunities into a wealth of connections, we empower youth to succeed in academics, careers, and life.
