JONATHAN LEE
Director
Jonathan Lee (professionally known as Jay Weathers) is an acclaimed music producer and creative, raised in Hackney, East London, to Nigerian and Jamaican parents. His diverse cultural heritage has shaped his deep connection to music, with early influences ranging from Hip Hop and Garage to Motown and Soul. This passion led him to study Computer Music at university in Manchester, where he honed his skills in music theory and piano.
His career includes collaborations with artists such as Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, Burna Boy, Not3s, and Mabel, earning him multiple No.1 hits, BRIT Certified Platinum albums, and Grammy nominations. While making his mark in the industry, Jonathan remains committed to using his experience to support and mentor the next generation, ensuring that talent from all backgrounds has the opportunity to thrive.
Beyond music, Jonathan’s passion for empowering young people runs deep. Growing up in a household where his mother was a foster carer, he witnessed firsthand the challenges young people face within the social care system. This inspired him to found Outreach Homes, a service dedicated to providing safe and supportive accommodation for young people transitioning into adulthood. His background in youth work and community projects reinforced his awareness of the lack of relatable role models and practical support systems, driving him to take action.
Having navigated the challenges of breaking into the industry himself, he understands the barriers young creatives face and is passionate about creating opportunities for those who may not have the right connections or support. Beyond music, he enjoys discovering new sounds and working with emerging artists, always driven by the belief in music’s power to transform lives.

DON SECKA
Director
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” – Marianne Williamson
Growing up on an inner London council estate without stable guidance, Don experienced first-hand the challenges that many young people face. Unstable parenting and difficult surroundings could have been an excuse, but in reality, a mix of confusion and bad decisions led him to some of his life’s toughest experiences. However, he believes that life provides opportunities to rise above adversity and prove we are powerful beyond measure.
Determined to make a difference, Don co-founded Outreach Homes, providing specialist accommodation and support for young people in need of stability. Building on this foundation, he later co-founded Outreach Community, expanding his mission to offer mentorship, personal development programmes, and opportunities that empower young people to break cycles of disadvantage.
Now a recognised community leader, Don is committed to ensuring that no young person is left behind. His work at Outreach Community is driven by a passion for change, helping young people realise their potential and rewrite their futures.
